Return & Replacement Policy
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order. The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.
Exchange Policy
Eligible products can be exchanged for the same item or another available product of equal value within 15 days of purchase. If the replacement product has a higher price, the customer will need to pay the difference.
Refund Policy
Customers may request a full refund within 15 days of purchase if the product is eligible under our return conditions. Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved. The refund amount will be sent through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
Non-Returnable Items
Used, damaged, or altered products. Products returned without original packaging. Clearance or special-offer items (if stated at the time of purchase).
